A super simple recipe my friend gave me. I copied and pasted the recipe from my messages lol. Bootleg Greek salad for the win. In a bowl, thinly slice 1 cucumber, red onion, grape or cherry tomatoes. Now, add feta cubes. Dress with 3 tablespoons of red wine vinegar, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 tsp salt, ground black pepper, and 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil. Mix well before serving. | bwoodcooks
